Job Purpose To support the Delivery Driver in the multi-temp distribution process, ensuring that food products, beverages, and catering supplies are safely offloaded and delivered directly to the client's premises in perfect condition. Key Responsibilities Physically offload stock (heavy catering oils, bulk protein boxes, frozen goods, and dry goods) from delivery vehicles at customer sites. Assist the driver with route navigation, tight space guiding, and ensuring vehicle security during multi-drop cycles. Verify delivered stock items against the customer’s invoice alongside the chef or receiving clerk. Collect and stack empty returnable food crates, pallets, and authorized product returns safely back into the vehicle. Adhere strictly to multi-temperature storage zones during the offloading process to preserve the cold chain.
