The Junior Software Developer Intern will support the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of software applications. This role provides hands-on exposure to software development methodologies, coding standards, cloud technologies, AI solutions, and modern development tools while working under the guidance of experienced developers. Key Responsibilities - Assist in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications. - Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. - Participate in code reviews and technical discussions. - Troubleshoot software defects and implement fixes. - Assist with database design and management. - Support API integration and third-party system integrations. - Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and daily stand-ups. - Create technical documentation. - Perform unit testing and assist with system testing. - Learn and apply secure software development practices. - Support AI-enabled application development where applicable. This role focuses on order processing, upselling, cross-selling, and maintaining client relationships. Key Responsibilities Manage daily outbound and inbound telesales calls to restaurants, hotels, and caterers. Process customer orders accurately on the ERP system and resolve delivery or invoicing queries. Promote weekly specials, new food ranges, and cross-sell alternative ingredients to maximize basket value. Educate and migrate customers onto the MyBidfood online ordering platform. Collaborate with Field Sales Representatives to ensure seamless account management and service delivery.

Job Purpose To handle the critical backend administration required by the field sales team, managing client onboarding paperwork, updating price files, and acting as an internal point of contact for corporate key accounts. Key Responsibilities Coordinate the end-to-end administration for onboarding new commercial accounts, including verifying documents before passing files to credit control. Maintain and update specialized group-buying contract pricing files and promo matrices within the ERP database. Generate accurate daily and weekly sales performance reports, margin trackers, and volume analytics for the sales management team. Liaise directly with purchasing and warehouse teams to verify stock allocations for major pre-booked event catering orders. Resolve escalated client issues regarding pricing errors, back-orders, or delivery scheduling anomalies.
