To drive revenue growth by managing an assigned portfolio of hospitality and catering clients via telephone and the MyBidfood e-commerce platform. This role focuses on order processing, upselling, cross-selling, and maintaining client relationships. Key Responsibilities Manage daily outbound and inbound telesales calls to restaurants, hotels, and caterers. Process customer orders accurately on the ERP system and resolve delivery or invoicing queries. Promote weekly specials, new food ranges, and cross-sell alternative ingredients to maximize basket value. Educate and migrate customers onto the MyBidfood online ordering platform. Collaborate with Field Sales Representatives to ensure seamless account management and service delivery.
- Qualifications & Experience
- Grade 12 (Matric) certificate essential.
- 1–2 years of telesales or internal sales experience, preferably within food services, FMCG, or hospitality.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a neutral, professional telephone etiquette.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office; experience with sales ERP systems is an advantage).
